Anniversary Ale 7 Bottle Release

Sometimes the best beers are worth the wait. After taking its sweet time, our birthday beer is finally perfect!

This Saturday, March 16th, we will release Anniversary Ale 7 both on draft and in bottles to-go, starting at Noon in the taproom!

For this year’s birthday beer, we challenged ourselves to brew something unlike any beer we’ve made before, and while it took a little more time than expected, we couldn’t be happier with the result. A Belgian bière brut (bière de champagne) brewed with sauvignon blanc grapes, Anniversary Ale 7 is reminiscent of an extra-dry sparkling wine – delicately bright on the tongue, bone dry, and ridiculously bubbly – a uniquely delightful sipping experience. At 11.5% ABV, it’s a brewer’s tribute to the time-honored tradition of fine old world cuvées!

We’ll offer bottles of Anniversary Ale 7 for $8 each, with no limit. While a limited amount of cases will make it to bottle shops around the state, as always, your best place to stock up is at the brewery – this is a beer that (like us!) will age gracefully for years to come.
