Unified Theory is back!

Every once in a while, a beer comes along that breaks all the rules, yet somehow unifies flavors and ingredients that defy convention – a harmonious fusion of seemingly divergent styles.

Early on in our history, we discovered such a brew – an oak-infused double witbier that has not been seen in nearly two years.

On Saturday, June 3rd, Unified Theory will return! This eccentric, oak-kissed concoction is a bit of cult classic among our insiders, and will be available on tap and in bottles to-go as a warm weather seasonal.

Harkening back to our early days, when we rarely brewed to style, Unified strikes a surprisingly delicate balance where golden citrus notes collide with dry vanilla and toasted coconut. Quaffable yet nuanced, this beer pairs well with grilled fruit, lemon meringue pie and summer sunsets enjoyed from the front porch.

Unified Theory will be available throughout the summer, until the leaves start to turn and we crave something darker. But for now, snag bottles at $6 a piece, and enjoy the long, warm nights. We will also pour it on draft in the taproom while kegs last.
