And now for the beer info…

Saturday, September 15th

2018 Decennial Series Release Party: Brewed only once every two years, the Decennial Series is a trifecta of 15+% ABV cellar-worthy beers intended to age up to ten years. Featuring:

God Complex – an infallible Abbey-style quadrupel fit for the daftest of monks.

Shadowman – a smoothly sinister block-out-the-sun-style stout.

Father Time - a dapper old ale for the ages.

With all three releasing when doors open at Noon the Saturday prior to GABF, this will give locals first dibs on bottles - $12 each with a one case limit per style. We will also have all three Decennials on tap, plus a single keg each of the original 2016 vintages. If you’re coming in from out of town later in the week, don’t fret – we will hold back some bottles to make sure they last into GABF. Food for the release party by El Taco Veloz!

Tuesday, September 18th

Matt’s Fourteener Challenge: For the past few years, Matt has challenged the crew and fans to climb a fourteener during GABF week, but early snows dictated otherwise. This year, with GABF falling much earlier, there’s a strong chance we’ll finally be able to meet you for a summit beer! Meet us at the top of Mount Bierstadt between 10am and 11am – we’ll bring the beer (as much as we can carry)! All ages welcome to hike – 21+ for beers, obviously.

Wednesday, September 19th

QDH Mountain Haze Can Release: The week kicks into high gear with the release of Quadruple Dry Hopped Mountain Haze, the next installment in our series of taproom-only can releases. Loaded with obscene amounts of Citra, Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops, this beer takes the juicy explosiveness of Mountain Haze to a whole new level. We will have QDH Mountain Haze on tap and in six packs to go - $15 each with a one-case limit. We estimate to have roughly 40 cases available – note we will be opening one hour early at 3pm!!!

Thursday, September 20th

Brewer’s Choice Rare Keg Tapping: Our talented brewer Trent will hop behind the bar on Thursday, with free reign to dig deep into our cellar to tap any keg he wants. Doors will open one hour early at 3pm again, and whatever’s pouring will be available in Crowlers! Check our social feeds earlier that day for keg info.

Beer & Cheese Pairing: Our friends at Denver Bike Café are hosting us as their featured brewery for all of September, and their beer and cheese pairings are always top notch! Five courses, each paired with a unique 5-ounce beer, starting at 6pm. Tickets are only $25, click here to snag one!

Friday, September 21st

Denver Rare Beer Tasting: One of our favorite events of the year, benefitting a great cause, Pints for Prostates. While this year’s event is already sold out, know that if you are attending, we’ll be bringing the heat – the entire trilogy of the 2017 Vicennial Series – the barrel-aged versions of the aforementioned Decennials.

Taproom Rare and Vintage Bottle Cellar Sale: Once a year, we raid the cellar to offer bottles from throughout our history. With beers going back nearly five years, we have a great lineup for you this year, including:

2013 Barrel Aged Avarice *one bottle!* 2014 Barrel Aged Avarice 2015 Barrel Aged Avarice *one bottle!* 2015 Fancy Effing Stout *one bottle!* 2015 Avarice 2016 Funk the Man #4 2016 Decennial Series 2017 Barrel Aged Avarice 2017 Rum Barrel Quandary 2017 Mr. Sandman (Paste Magazine's best imperial stout in the country) 2017 Single Cask Mr. Sandman: Rum Barrel 2017 Single Cask J. Marie: Chardonnay Barrel 2017 Single Cask Tripel: Manhattan Barrel 2017 Single Cask J. Marie: Port-Finished Whiskey Barrel 2017 Vicennial Series 2018 Single Cask Avarice: Colorado Whiskey Barrel 2018 Single Cask Quandary: Scotch Barrel

We will open early once again, this time at 2pm, giving folks plenty of time to score some bottles and still make it to the festival session. All bottles will be a on a first-come, first-served basis, with no limits while supplies last. And all bottles can be taken home or enjoyed here!

Heroes of Craft Beer GABF Afterparty: Join us and our friends at Stone and Station 26 for an after-session party at Freshcraft! Starting at 10pm, we will have a “beer celebrity lookalike contest,” with prizes from all three breweries. Come dressed as your best Sam, Jim or Charlie impression, and have fun with it – we know we will! Each brewery will have three beers on draft – we’ll be tapping River North White, Mountain Haze and 2017 Whiskey Barrel Aged Mr. Sandman!

Saturday, September 22nd

SUPERSTOUT Party featuring Mr. Sandman XO: Our grand finale event in the taproom, we will fill the tapwall with a dozen imperial stouts, including one never before released! Mr. Sandman XO is our award-winning American imperial stout aged 21 months in Utah rye whiskey barrels. We will have Mr. Sandman XO both on tap and in bottles to go when doors open at Noon - $14 per bottle with a one-case limit. This beer will not be distributed outside the taproom, so Saturday may be your only chance to get it! In addition, we will have all the following available on tap and in Crowlers to go:

2018 Rum Barrel Aged Mr. Sandman 2017 Mr. Sandman Chai Mr. Sandman 2017 Whiskey Barrel Aged Mr. Sandman 2016 Decennial: Shadowman 2017 Vicennial: Barrel Aged Shadowman 2018 Decennial: Shadowman 2016 Avarice *last keg* 2017 Fancy Effing Stout

2017 Single Cask Mr. Sandman: Rum Barrel *last keg* Toasted Coconut Mr. Sandman *last keg*

As an added bonus, our friends at Boar & Castle food truck will be out front with fresh, scratch-made pasta!

Tap Takeover and Collaboration Tapping with Station 26: Saturday evening, we’ll close out the week hanging with our friends at Station 26, for a tap takeover at Euclid Hall. For this event, we collaborated on a mashup of each brewery’s flagship beers, White Noise – a hybrid of River North White and Juicy Banger. The result is an old-school Belgian-style white IPA, just what you need after a week of barrel-aged stouts and sours. Tapping at 5pm, we’ll also have a slew of other beers on tap!

And that should do it – see you around!

Cheers,

RNB
