Barrel Aged DOUBLE Avarice & 2018 Barrel Aged Avarice

You read that right. Barrel Aged DOUBLE Avarice. We’re not playing around with this one – this is a true double strength version of our Belgian-style imperial stout, aged up to a full year in fresh Colorado bourbon barrels.

This absolute monster finished at 19.46% ABV, yet still retains Avarice’s hallmark dryness - a cellar beast that will age gracefully for years, if not decades, to come. As our highest gravity beer ever, Barrel Aged Double Avarice makes the perfect stocking stuffer for your favorite beer nerd.

We will have both Barrel Aged Double Avarice and the 2018 vintage of Barrel Aged Avarice when doors open at Noon on Saturday, December 8th. Both beers will be available on tap or in bottles to go – snag classic BA Avarice at $10 per bottle, and up to a full case of BA Double Avarice at $15 each.

For food, we will welcome our friends at El Taco Disco. Also, please note that the taproom will close early at 7pm for our annual River North Society holiday party.
