Single Cask Quandary: Rum Barrel

Up next in the Single Cask Series - our taproom-only lineup of hyper-limited releases designed to showcase the essence of a single spirit or wine barrel - Single Cask Quandary: Rum Barrel!

Debuting on Saturday, August 25th at Noon, Single Cask Quandary: Rum Barrel weds the candied malts and dark fruit esters of a classic Belgian quadrupel with notes of molasses and coconut from the barrel. Finishing with a tropical kiss of oak, it’s like a coconut rum raisin cookie, in liquid form.

As with all Single Cask releases, we’ll have Rum Barrel Quandary both on tap and in bottles to go at the release party. All River Norther Society members will get one bottle reserved with their membership; the remainder will go on sale to both members and the public when doors open at Noon. We expect to have roughly fifteen cases for public sale – snag up to six bottles per person at $12 each. Our friends at Sabas Ethiopian will join us for the release party as well!
