Tripel, Nightmare Fuel & more!

We have a slew of new beers coming up, including bottle releases of River North Tripel and Nightmare Fuel. Here’s some upcoming tappings to salivate over.

Wednesday 8/17 @ 4pm: Hiphopopotamus IPA

A true American-style IPA from our pilot system, Hiphopopotamus is loaded with Citra, Simcoe and Equinox hops. With only five gallons to go around, this single keg will go fast. Better get here before we drink it all.

Thursday 8/18 @ 4pm: Be Merry dry-hopped Belgian Pale Ale

Brewed in honor or Kim and Patrick’s wedding, this bright Belgian Pale bursts with floral hop notes from copious aroma additions of Mosaic and Citra. Dry-hopped with more of the same, this pleasant draft-only beer will be on tap for a few weeks. Come raise a glass in celebration!

Saturday 8/20 @ Noon: River North Tripel

Our classic abbey-style golden ale returns on tap and in bottles on Saturday. Coveted by even the righteous, this deceptively light brew dances on the tongue with traditional clove esters, finishing with a sharp dry bite. Tripel will join our lineup of year-round bottles and kegs, and at $6 a bottle, you can hoard as many as you like.

Saturday 8/28 @ Noon: Nightmare Fuel

The heavenly horror is back! Our imperial coffee stout returns to haunt your dreams once again. At 13.5% ABV and loaded with more than three pounds per barrel of local dark roast coffee beans, this beer is not for the faint of palate. On tap and in bottles to go; we only have 140 cases, snag bottles for $10 each.

Again, Nightmare Fuel does not mess around. For the release party, anyone who shows proof of a rideshare or taxi trip to the brewery gets a free taster upon arrival. Have fun…responsibly!
